Joe, the major determinants of nationalism is more
political than anything in this world.  We can argue
that someone's birth place is ONE of the decisive
factors of nationalism, but it's not the ultimate
unigue answer.  Just like the word revolution, I don't
think there's a cut and dry definition.  However you
