Tunkara, Anyakangmogho? Kottora Sunta. Adohaama? It is nice to hear new
voices. I think however you may be stretching a bit to say Nderry is guided by
prudence. I do agree with you that we ought to consider the trifle of
punishments and circumstance. A newspaper is not just any aperture of thought.

Haroun Masoud. Al Mu'Umin. MQDT. Darbo. What does the LA stand for in your
name? My friend Banta wants to know.

Lers:
Is it a nightmare in reading these lines below from an individual who is
supposedly an arm in the struggle to better our nation or is it that Mr. Dabo,
whom over the years have shown himself to be critical of the Jammeh Junta, to
be a phony.
The one thing that can never serve us in any ways, is the deliberate
hypocrisy which has become a norm in our midst. To start an online paper purposely
for bringing down another paper that has served as the voice of others is not
only cruel, but evil and immoral. Mr. Dabo ought to apologize to readers
and most importantly Pa N'derry. How often have we seen folks condemning Yaya
for acting one way or the other against the media in the Gambia. It is
becoming very clear to me that Dabo is heading towards the same pattern.
Pa N'derry has made it his duty to inform people of what they need to know,
and obviously what ever information he gives will not sit well with all
readers. If for some reason, you don't like what he writes, challenge him on it
and proof him wrong, and not act like a dictatorial cry baby.
Perhaps Pa N'derry is a target of many because of his approach in his
journalistic career in that he says it as he sees fit guided by prudence. Perhaps
he manages to stay online for all these years because of that approach to the
utter disappointment of many. You cannot call yourself an objective reporter
while trying to please a certain few.
I think it is about time for Mr. Dabo and others to realize that they cannot
have it both ways. We can't codemn Jammeh for something and then turn
around to do the same THING.
Let us value FREEDOM of Expression and give a chance for all to contribute
to our national affairs
