My dear Dr.Amadou S.Sanneh,

Allow me to join you in congratulating those politiking prophets who "predicted
Diouf's victory"!

It demostrates how "intellectual and productive some educated Africans are"!
Having a degree in Political Science or maintaining a catalogue of diplomas with
no substance does not make one an "expert".

Thse are some of theloop holes Africans should start filling: Just because some
one is a graduate doesnot mean he knows anytthin and can be productive. Mr.
Tombong SAIDY has cleary demonstrated this fact.

And I say Well done "Political Scientist TOMBONG"!
