 The New York Chapter of Gambians in the Diaspora
cordially invite you to a Fund Raising Party/Dance in celebration of the 
Gambia's 39th Independence Anniversary.  Let us come together as proud citizens 
and patriots and show our firm allegiance to our motherland.  

DATE:  March 6, 2004
PLACE: Gambian Society Hall, 1230 Jerome Avenue, Bronx, New York 10452
TIME:  8:00 PM Sharp
DONATION: $20.00(with one complimentary drink)

 Gambia's own and NYC's top DJ WAW will provide the best in musical 
entertainment: Mbalax, Soukous, Hi-Life, Reggae, Funk, Pop, Oldies but goodies and 
much, much, more.  Drinks and snacks will be on sale.    

The proceeds from this historic occasion will be used to set up a voter 
registration drive that would empower all Gambians in the Diaspora with the mandate 
to vote in the next general elections.  Your participation and generous 
donations will be greatly appreciated.
