I most respectfully beg to disagree with you. We are simply in a state of
flux. I believe what we need to do is give the Fund a clear context and
function. Pleased be convinced that something positive can be done. All we
need now is for some creative guys to come forward and create something out
of this flux. The word is "creativity"!
