Hi folks,
I am waiting with anxiety for PDOIS's revelations on the crude oil saga.  I
have had the oppurtunity to attend lectures and book lunches organised be
Africa Confidential.  Most of their information is first class.  Stephen
Ellis(former editor)and Patrick Smith(current editor) are very much abreast
with detail information concerning African issues.  I am watching this space
Sidia.  Keep up the good work PDOIS.
