STGDP is  one of the  best organized entities in the Diaspora that has effected change in the political landscape in the Gambia, and will continue to focus in bringing about change come October 2006.

FACT:

A.	STGDP initiated the coalition talks in Atlanta, Georgia that led to the formation of NADD.
B.	STGDP invested close to $30,000.00 that has led to crucial winning of by-elections in the Gambia.
C.	STGDP for the last six months operated a Radio station beamed right into the Gambia, educating and informing all Gambians democracy and the way forward.
D.	STGDP planned the logistics, invested the funds and brought all opposition parties twice to the Diaspora to talk directly to Gambians living outside the Gambia.
E.	STGDP has local chapter organizations in the entire USA...

There are deliberate efforts from certain quarters to spin the truth, and elevate their own partisan leanings, but the reality is facts are very stubborn and deliberate lying is not going to change the truth.
