Subject: College Fair Targeting African Immigrants and Refugees - Nov 22,
2008

Dear Community Partner,

Attached, please find information regarding the upcoming college fair
targeting African immigrants and refugees and open to the public.

'Beyond High School' College fair serves to promote means to education
beyond high school, by introducing the American college recruitment
tradition to members of the African immigrant and refugee communities in
King County. CWAA brings the college fair closer to the targeted
neighborhood and provide interpreters during the event. The first year
(2005), about 75 participants attended this college fair. Last year (2007),
we had a record of over 350 participants. For more information, please visit
our website: http://www.cwaausa.org/collegefair.html

Flyers translated into Amharic, French, Kirundi,Oromiffa, Somali, Swahili
and Tigrigna will be posted online (www.cwaausa.org/collegefair.html#flyers
as they become available. Please help us spread the word to the targeted
community and beyond as you see fit. Hope to see you on the 22nd!

Kindly,
Caroline Sawe.
