Mr. Loum,

Except for the part about the president stepping down (voluntarily?,) I
concur with what you've said entirely. In my view, no president should be
given a choice when it comes stepping down. We, the people should lay down
rules, that if violated by the president, will result in his automatic
removal. No two ways about that. Once you give an African president an inch,
he usurps the whole field -if you know what I mean.

Saul.
