Essa,
I have a proposal for you to consider. Why don't you
just proceed with the three responses you have and set
the stage for those who care to contribute to the
discussions.Personally,I would like to think that the
issues listed by the respondents may be more than
enough for the entire membership to chew on.Please you
don't need to extend the deadline any further. You
may,in fact, wish to consider starting your diagnosis
of the Gambian economy, budget(I hope you have a copy
of the approved version handy) and other pressing
matters tomorrow.I guarantee you that there will be
very little or no opposition from the membership
should you proceed as proposed. Thank you.
