I  agree  with  George  that  no  credit should  be  given   to  the
APRC.  If  they  are  given  a  hundred  and  they  invest  fifty  and
keep  the  other  fifty  for  themselves,  I  dont  see  where  the
credit  is  due.  The  Aprc  could  have  done  a  lot  more  than  they
did.  This  whole  talk  about  so  call  developments  is  useless  when
the  majority  of  Gambians  live  worse  than  they  did  ten  years
ago.  I  dont  want  to  hear  about  the  Aprc  being  7  years  young.
Seven  years  is  time  enough.  In  my  book,  there  is  no  credit
due.  We  can  do  way  better  than  them.
