@Haruna, prenuptual agreement?  You must be kidding!?  Very funny...
But moving right along.

As I think about it, Dadis said all along that he wasn't responsible
for ordering the trops to fire on the demonstrators.  So perhaps he
was setting someone up all along to tkae the blame for something that
he probably ordered himself?  Kinda sounds like Jammeh, i.e., always
wanting to be the leader but never wanting to take the responsibility
for any failures or problems that might arise, but they'll be right up
there taking all of the glory for any successes.
