Going by with your numbers: 26821 for NADD and 23415 fir the APRC, NADD has won close to 54% of the popular vote. Hmm, tht sounds like, even greater than the magic number needed to capture the State House.

> If this voting trend is repeated in the forthcoming Presidential Elections then we are bound to see the end of Yahya Jammeh as President of the Gambia.

> Another point to note that is how Halifa polled against Lie Sanyang in a one of the crucial areas that could determine the outcome of the Presidential Elections. In the last elections, the results were as follows:
>
>
>
> Serrekunda Central Constituency:
> Halifa Sallah - 5583
> Buba Senghore- 5143
>
>

> Well last night's results saw Halifa increasing his votes whilst APRC losing its support despite the relentless efforts made by FJC, Bala, Lie Conteh, Yanks, Adama Cham, Fabakary Tombong Jatta and many heavy weights

> Serrekunda Central are areas that APRC will need to retain in order to win the Presidential Elections. With such a huge margin for Halifa and NADD, there are worrying signs that APRC' is losing its power base.

> Commiserations to Hamat Bah, all of us should rally behind Hamat Bah and the people of Upper Saloum as they try to seek redress from the courts. It is our duty to do since it was the people of Upper Saloum who first elected a NADD sponsored candidate in a Municipal Election-Ms Channeh Ceesay-the Elected Councillor for NJAU

> The onus therefore lies on us to continue the momentum. Get involved in the struggle to unseat Jammeh through democratic means. Support NADD by making your donation/ contribution to either STGDP, MRDGUK and other organisations in support of the Opposition.
