saul,
     as you have rightly mentioned,Mr.Modou ceesay is indeed doing his best
efforts and a brilliant job.In regard to his lack of mentioning Gambians in
other countries other than the US,wishing to register and vote,i believed
IEC will fully understand the text of his letter.
By this note,i call upon Gambians all over the world to emulate Mr.ceesay
and write to the IEC and coppy their letters to various political parties
namely:UDP,PDOIS,NRP and APRC.People have to petition because here, we are
dealing with a Government that does not listen and careless about its
citizens.By writing a petition it will add weight to the issue in the
National Assembly.
It is an obligation to all political parties to make sure that Gambians'
concerns both in and out of the country is properly address.
I am confident that left to IEC alone,they would take care of this matter.
Like i mentioned on this forum earlier, the minority leader Kemeseng Jammeh
will ask this question in the national Assembly very soon.
