Ah, Pierre, but that wofl will eventually have ot be called in to answer
questions regardign the deeds of the pack. That is what I am talking about. The
particular wolf will not get away scot free either, perhaps just get a few less
years behind bars perhaps. Another point is that some of the deeds of the pack
are already known or suspected and the stray wolves can provide the missing
pieces to direct the people in the right direction while we pursue the entire
pack.
