Mr. Dampha:

I agree with you totally. The tactics by the AG vividly reiterates
lawlessness in The Gambia. The easiest assertion is that they have been
caught in killing innocent Gambia students and they will do everything to
delay the final ruling on their criminal acts.

I wish the opposition and concern citizens in The Gambia will demonstrate and
cripple the government. It is apparent that this dictator does not care
about jurisprudence. A dictator that came to power by illegal means will
resort to fascist sentiments to stay in power. It is also an indication that
dictator yahya rushes to set up commissions to delay and deny The Gambian
people justice.

As long as there are non-Gambian judges interpreting legal citations, there
will never be justice in our country. I wonder sometimes what legal
obligation Gambian lawyers have in witnessing continuous assault on our
constitution. The Gambia is held captive by a moron who will do the
unimaginable to stay in power.

I am saddened by the involvement of the dictatorship in helping the rebels in
Cassamace. Dictator yahya cannot act as a mediator when he is paying
soldiers from Guinea Bissau to train Cassamace rebels in The Gambia. This is
a very serious issue because very soon the Senegalese Government will close
their boarders for Guinea Bissau soldiers to travel through their country
enroute to The Gambia.

I have the utmost respect for President Wade in ascertaining his willingness
in talking to the rebels. A true leader must have the guts and desire to
meet any enemy who is creating instability and assault on innocent citizens.
My hat goes to President Wade. Bravo Mr. President.

Comrade,

Muhammad Lamine Jassey-Conteh
