I own my own site and I use a hosting company called Acee-host.net. I have
been with them for three years now. Lucky for me they had a special of $179
for three years. There has never been an issue. There are lots of features,
but most importantly, you can use Microsoft Frontpage to design the thing.
I don't know who the cheapest hosting service is, but for me reliability was
a key factor for me. Anyway let me know if there's anything else you want to
