Subject: GDN Awards for Research Papers
Importance: High

This is a call for papers to be submitted to the Global Development Network
for cash awards. One topic is health-related: INVESTMENT IN HEALTH AND
MUTUAL IMPACT. It refers to impacts of developed and developing countries in
each other in relation to health issues. The cash awards and recognition for
winning one of these awards are quite generous and the winners are invited
to the GDN annual meeting in January 2005 in Senegal to present their
papers. The deadline is August 24, 2004.

 <>Selection process

list of 5 candidates to GDN. These will be announced by November 15, 2004.
* Short-listed candidates for the Medals will present their work at
the GDN Sixth Annual Conference in Dakar, Senegal from January 24-26, 2005.
Travel and expenses for one principal researcher of each short-listed
