These are the words of Musa Balla Gaye at the house of parliament.
  Hear him say...
“Government is doing everything to improve services provided by Nawec and I will soon be travelling to Saudi Arabia to sign an agreement with the Islamic Development Bank to acquire a new 10 megawatt generator for Nawec”.

Balla uses the first person singular with very authoritative tearms "I".Okay Balla because you are wolof let us remind you what Kocc Barma said on this..."Borr Du Amm Rakka"-means loans or credits do not allow seconders when they are not being paid or totally paid.
Balla please revisit your files or ask Famara Jatta he will tell you where the actual file from Taiwan is.The Gambia government owes Taiwan $35M USD this is on record. The loan will be payable within a span of 16-25 years as per the agreements therein.Okay Balla when this money was disbursed I know you were not the SOS,however,in government matters personal approaches can neither save or implicate someone where transparency is respected. The contrary here is that where it is not respected you cannot excuse yourself from past agreements because the name Balla does not matter when you are in the office it is the name OFFICE or RESPONSIBILITY that matters. If Yaya could work hand-in-hand with YDE,Money shop and the former manager Baba Jobe to help sink all the dollars from Taiwan away...who can convince us that you Balla a person who presently owns a private business company-an airline is not even more interested in sharing the "caisse noir" with Yaya? Should we be blamed for starting to
 suspect you at this hour?
We cannot even understand why at this point Yaya is thinking about sending you to sign a loan when the dollars from Taiwan are hanging on the necks of Gambians. You know Balla governance is not a toy.It is more than that. You should know better.Avoiding the challenges from IMF and then running around Taiwan,Saudi,Brunei Daaru Salaam,Delhi etc etc is not the issue. The issue is do not leave a heap of loans for the future government.Look at us now? We are still not expecting to benefit from the package that has been sent out to HIPC countries. How can you people think about getting another loan again.More over buying nothing but a single 10 megawatt. Gambians have installed very powerful gadgets and other personal effects (electrical) home so we need more serious methods not retroactive methods that are meant to help Yaya cross the bridge. Two days back an article was posted here where I exposed Yaya's running around the globe trying to convince investors towards the power plant at
Kotu.Balla this will not be easy.Try you will see. Yaya has let down ESCOM,TAITECH,ALIMENTA etc etc these are very powerful companies.Balla these companies have left very damaging data in almost every chamber of commerce and other related branchat every corner of the globe.
Facilitating the funds from the Islamic bank through loan agreements is one of the cheapest shots any government can do! This is no major thing to brag about Balla. No disrespect these are facts.Talking to bank to get loans can be done by many people who write on this very L.But Yaya Jammeh muddies the waters Balla,be careful when signing that loan.
I will predict some'n here right now.God willing if you do not dance to Yaya's tune after signing the loan he will treat exactly the same way he did to the former DG GCAA Taal.Yaya likes money because he was born extremely POOR and excessively GREEDY! then all of sudden he sees himself before the chance of grabbing a lot more.Greed does not know boundaries,it can either be with the poor or the rich.Indeed the worse ones are those born POOR and then GREEDY!
So we are waiting for another celebration at the ports authority, where Yaya would hold a "bidon" of palm wine and then pour it on the generator!
Yaya thanked many people when the generator was recieved from Taiwan on radio and TV some of those people he called true partiots!
Because they helped facilitate a loan to purchase generators.Okay? Yaya became irate and angry with those very people few months after because they did not like the way he wanted to spend the money from Taipei. This is the Yaya Jammeh I know.Well Balla if you have succeeded in changing Yaya then good luck Sir.
  OLD HABITS DIE HARD BRO!
