"The permanent secretary at the department of state for Education, Dr Saidou
Jallow, said, "This year's examinations were only conducted in Regions 1 to
4 as a result of the phasing -out of these examinations in Region 5 and 6
(Central River and Upper River division respectively)."

Is the testing of students in these divisions being done in another manner
or are they being left out for an unknown reason?
