Because Gambia-l reproduces attachments in their chosen format,the bottom part of the text in question could not appear.It was sent in coloured version to other destinations thus it reflected the necessary details as per your question...Based on what I saw therein,the last time the site was updated was sometime in October 2004! or so! Can you believe that?!
Infact we are working on diagnosing the whole site and the contents therein.There are many flaws to be seen.Especially the section of the constitution refering to the issue of funding...?Other data in that site is so archaic and outdated.It is disheartening and disgraceful to say the least.Well Gambians will leave no stone unturned on such issues.
