Friends,
I got my gambian friend on the phone this morning to hear from him on the
meeting with the President, and the demonstration.

He told me that from his point of view the meeting with the president was
OK. According to my friend "the students and president discussed many
important things concerning the youth, and the tragic incident at
Independence Stadium where 5 students died".
He also said that the demonstration went on fine and very peaceful for the
remembrance of the youth that died and those who are still suffering.
