Joe,

There is absolutely no doubt about the unsolved murders and the unchecked rate of 'mysterious deaths'. Regarding Mr. Mboob, I just wanted to highlight that The Point said it was a case of mistaken identity.

Imagine what poor Mr. Mboob is going through now that Mr. Sanneh has just eulogized him. I'm sure Sanneh missed the follow-up article and he did not intend to put the Mboob family through anymore stress.

Keep up the sober analysis!

Mo.

Mo, thanks for the update. Corpses with gunshot wounds in the Gambia came
with the Government of Yaya Jammeh. Even if the point made a mistake with
the identity of the deceased, there still is a dead man with gun shot
wounds. The constant here is that this man is killed and like all murders
in the eleven year spree of Yaya Jammeh, this will follow the long line of
unsolved murders. Mo, the above comments are not directed at you but a
general commentary. Thanks for informing me of the mistake in the victim's
ID by the Point.

Chi Jaama
