Hello Pa Karamo,

Unless Mr. Saidy changes his mind, he has said that he is neither
contributing nor entertaining any more comments as far as this particular
issue is concerned. Please help us if you can. Whose passport is being
seized? This is a multimillion dollar question that everybody is asking. Yet,
someone has to come up with a name or names of Gambians whose passport or
passports have either been seized or denied renewal. Unless this happens,
there is nothing Mr. Saidy or anybody for that matter can do anything about
this. So as far as this particular issue is concerned, it is merely an
allegation and not a fact yet. Moreover, Mr. Saidy was going to volunteer to
assist in the investigation provided he knows the name of the person being
mentioned in this allegation. However, it is not incumbent upon him to do so.
Please remember that he occupies a totally different portfolio at the moment.
He must be very generous. It is indeed significantly paramount for one to
understand what to report. We must be cautious of pseudo-reporting,
especially when it can cause public phobia.

S. S. Saidykhan.
