Malanding,

Beautiful. You broke Tam's achievements down to perspective. I still say the
man is an idiot. All the activities he listed are complications to a
pregnancy which of course he played no part in. Consider that on a typical day he
could have done:

1 child birth in which he had to perform 2 caesarians to get the baby out, a
couple of passes at uterine evacuation, an episiotomy repair of the vaginal
wall he caused, and a removal of appendages thereto. However, if he only
removes the placenta once every three days but completes a childbirth every day,
then it is understandable how he can perform invasive surgeries daily. What a
Kountry. The man is a pervert. Of course no one could review his resume prior
to his appointment as SOS Health. The only qualification I could grant merit
for is his Diploma in OBGYN which led to his license in midwifery. He can't
even perform a clean delivery. Lamtoro ought to discerning of his advice.
Mbowen clinic my foot.

Haroun Masoud. MQDT. Al Mutawakkil. The man has bungled 80% of the
deliveries he participated in. I feel sorry for the women at the other end of his
tongs. Darbo.

BambaLaye,
Assuming that the gentleman started his practice in January 2000 until
his appointment as SoS around 2005(?). Given there are 4 1/2 working
days a week in the Gambia, about 250 days in one year and 1500 working
days in 6 years, that is without a break for Tobaski, July 22, Koriteh
and annual gatherings at the Kanilai Farm, the good Dr have in his own
words performed at least:

2 Caesarians per day
2 Evacuation of the uterus per day
1 vacuum deliveries every 3 days
1 episiomy repairs per day
1 Bilateral Tubal legations (BTL) every 3 days
1 appendicectomy every 5 days
1 Intra-uterine Contraceptive Device Insertions every 3 day
1 Manual removal of placenta every 3 days

You call that un-impressive?

Malanding
