I too would like to get answers or a reasonable explanation about Bilal's
place in Arab (or is is it Islamic) history. However, I thought it necessary
to point our to Brother Faye how his statement can be consrued or misconsrued
as a blanket statement.

Yes, the crusaders were a bunch of long haired blonde monsters who terrifed
everyone but can this be used to paint the entire white race in the same
manner?  This is my point.

In the meantime, like everyone else, I'd like to hear more about Bilal's
place in Islam.
