Hello Mr Camara,
  Obviously the monkey's face is not and could not be yours.  I don't think
there is anything wrong with your PC. This was some kind of an April fool
joke, but when I last checked we are in the month of August.    I was also
turned into  a monkey, and I am sure many of you were also fooled
