Mr. Sanneh,

I'd recommend 'Decolonising the Mind' by Brother Ngugi for you. I can't help 
you otherwise. My political orientation and world outlook is not something 
you can never understand if your only source of information is Western 
garbage journalism. I hope you made use of the link you asked for and got to 
'How Europe Underdeveloped Africa'? Only you can help yourself!
