This indeed is the million dollar question that needs to be answered. One of 
the reasons to eliminate Koro Ceesay that Ebou Jallow cited  was that he had 
started to make decisions on his own without consulting the council. 
Now even  if indeed the allegation is true that Edward Singhatey had a hand 
in these atrocities, are we expected to believe that he  just acts on his own 
to eliminate people without consent from anyone and without any repercussions?
