My brother ,the reason for Sidat's resignation can be as articulated by you
and reflected by others , but it can also be that Sidat was forced to resign
to be used as a scape goat on the decision made to declare the diplomat
persona non- grata on no justifiable cause. The government's record shows
that decisions are made without full consideration in terms of its
repercussions that's why , most of the time ,the government makes decisions
today and reverses it tomorrow. In the event where the government has problem
reversing the decision ,they will look for ways of finding someone to carry
the blame the only exception is the events of april 2K , which is very hot
potato.
My take on Sidat's resignation is that he was forced to resigned and i stand
to be corrected.

Beran
