Reports are on the way to The Hague, for Lance CPL.Batch Jallow and
CPL.Kanyi,
who participated in the killings of the 11th Nov.1994,to give evidence
about the whole incident. These two men were part of those ordered by the
butcher,to take
the lives of---
1.Company Sgt.Major ---Lt.G .Saye (fmr. Training Wing officer)
2.Lt. Faal ----------------------------(fmr. Training Wing officer)
3.Lt.Basiru Barrow-------------------(fmr. Transport Officer)later C.O
4.Sgt.Fafa Nyang---------------------(fmr. Ration Store Sgt.)
5.Sgt.Basiru Camara------------------(fmr.driver to Brig.Abubacarr Dada)

6.Sgt. Major E.M.Ceesay-------------(fmr.A.H.Q Camp Officer)
                             PLUS THE BALANGHAR BOYS
Who are all buried in mass graves around Yundum and Brikama
areas.Intelligence
sources in the N.I.A and the ARMY are providing all necessary
informations and
most of them will testify any day we get the butcher.
The story forwarded said that,Colonel Jatta was appealing for the boys
to be sent
to prison without killing them. There was a dispute at this point, and
Sana Sabally
was in line with Jatta`s appeal and then the butcher came with orders
through the
phone to Singhateh, for the killings to be carried out.
They feared the officers because they were more educated than
them.Sources
have denied any coup attemp against Yaya, which was alleged for the
killings.
We urge the ex-officers who were in the Army during this time,to help
provide
us with more informations about this incident,to be submitted together
with what
we have.Lt.G.Saye was my good brother and a friend who visited me on
many
occassions, and we will do all efforts for all them to get Justice.I
would like to
notify this regime that they will never get away with their evil acts
upon their
own brothers.
We expect to gather more evidence about the late Koro Ceesay, the late
Almamo
Manneh and Dumbuya,and the 10th & 11th april massacre.
