Almost all sub-saharan African countries started selling their souls to
Gaddafi with the creation of the "African Union". The so-called union is a
Gaddafi dream and creation. After he lost what little influence he had in
the Arab world, he turned south. And with his oil money, there was no
shortage of greedy and corrupt leaders.
As long as he resuscitates the corrupt regimes like that of Kumba Yala with
oily cash, who cares about his agenda? God have mercy on us.
