Sidi,

As always thanks for informing and up dating us on yet another unfortunate
attempted coup d'etat in Ivory Coast.

Undoubtedly, it is this precarious nature of military rule that defies
common sense/logic hence, no sane person would subscribe to military regimes
in whatever form or manner. As both history and statistics of their
existence clearly show them commiting more atrocities than their civilian
predecessors they toppled for supposedly being corrupt and inefficient.

We pray that all of you are safe.

Good day.

OB Silla.
