Miniskirts Banned in Fight Against AIDS

Mbabane, Swaziland:

"Swaziland will ban miniskirts in schools to try to halt the spread of AIDS,
a government official said yesterday.

The aim is to put a stop to sexual relationships between teachers and their
female pupils in a country where at least one quarter of the population is
infected with HIV. School girls are widely blamed for enticing teachers with
their short skirts."

Folks,

African government officials never cease to amaze me. This is a good
example of what's wrong with the priorities and decision making processes
on the African continent....blaming the chicken rather than confronting
the fox. Picking on innocent students rather than punishing the pedophiles
(teachers). Nothing can be more asinine!

Madiba.
