Pa Samba & Ous

I note that these NAMs are requesting for a loan, if
this is what they need then surely what is stopping
them from applying to their respective banks?? why
request for privileges!!

I even chuckled when I read their claim for a
diplomatic passport, Diplomatic passport for what?? I
will not trust the NAMs with a diplomatic passport for
the following reason;

During the First and Second Republic, 3 MPs have been
arrested abroad for committing serious crimes:

(1) Momodou Lamin Saho-
(2) Phoday Makalo
(3) Almamy Touray

So here we go now, diplomatic passports is an easy way
to ensure that MPs morally evade responsibility whilst
travelling abroad, I therefore object with such
proposal.

<DIV></DIV>&gt;I don't agree with your suggestion.
These people
<DIV></DIV>&gt;already earn a lot as MPs, what else do
they do need//
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;By the way, I was once told that when
someone enters
<DIV></DIV>&gt;into politics, he must act as the
People's Servant and
<DIV></DIV>&gt;not the People's Master. Unfortunately,
our NAMs want
<DIV></DIV>&gt;to grab a lot from the government
coffers for
<DIV></DIV>&gt;representing the people, what a joke.
Just take a look
<DIV></DIV>&gt;at how Halifa Sallah&amp; Sidia Jatta
are coping with
<DIV></DIV>&gt;their own structured salary and asked
yourself whether
<DIV></DIV>&gt;these NAMs are serious about developing
the Gambia.
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Why can't they be content with their
D7,000.00??
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Just a thought, no hard feelings

<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; wish them good luck. I
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; certainly think some of their
claims are very
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; genuine. Providing them
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; vehicles should really be
considered. Giving them
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; privileges at public
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; hospitals and other public
settings should be
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; discouraged.
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; About diplomatic passports, I
think that should be a
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; No-No. Service
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; passports, may be, but what?
Diplomatic passports?
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; Oh no.
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; So Honorable Members of
Parliament, try again. Just
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; to make movement easier
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; for you is no reason to give you
diplomatic
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; passports.
