Brother Yanks,

I am following your exchange with my other brother Tunkara with immense
interest and and some foreboding.

Memoranda:
I am disappointed you sign off with "Nemesis Yanks". It takes away from the
gravitasse of your argument. I understand your disposition vis-a-vis Tunkara,
but I think that signature inures animus. And I declare you do not intend
such. I encourage you to keep it simple and focused. Another more benign
signature as to Tunkara is advised.

I keep getting sidetracked with your numerous quotes of disparate persons
and epoch. While this attaches significance to the quotes, it risks relegating
your commentary to groping for acknowledgement and I find some of the
quotations ineffectual. Hemingway, Einstein, Kant, and Nixon lecterns for different
epochs. The idea for such quotations in law is the establishment of precedence
in law and deterrence of crime. In your case, you have established that
Nderry's crimes are complete and you consider measured punishment.

As regards Nderry's crimes, I have shared with you that I hold no brief for
the man, neither do I believe him benign. However, I encourage you to consider
 this:

Nderry's custody of a list of his informants, or his publication of a list
of informants, accurate or not, and malicious or not, does not in itself
warrant Yahya's wrongful arrest, detention, imprisonment, or murder of any person
or persons in such list. In other words, I rather hold Yahya to a higher
standard of due-diligence than I do Nderry. This is even if I believe Yahya to be
aversed by Nderry's informants. I encourage you therefore to de-link Nderry's
crimes of slander and libel and gaucherie, from Yahya's pre-dispositions and
or actions. Do not attach more significance to Nderry than he is due. It is
a heavy burden for the invalid to have to consider authority of another
person's ware. He must first be of sound mind and body.

As to Free On-Line Tabloid, this outfit does serve a value. Not to me of
course but to the Life of credence. Remember that The Daily Observer, itself a
tabloid, operates in a lawless atmosphere replete with gossip, slander, and
innuendo. It is in this quest that it sought to violate the rights to privacy
of a peer tabloid, the Free On-Line, by surreptitiously publishing the
latter's list of correspondents without necessary due-diligence in vetting for value
and accuracy. And, the desire or intent to do harm therefore to any in the
list, is the domain of The daily Tabloid. I wonder if you're with me. In
effect, The Free On-Line Tabloid did not exhibit intent, nor did it act on
perceived intent by supplying the list to the The Daily Tabloid. Might we therefore
conclude, that whatever our impression of Nderry, the crimes of arrest,
detention, and murder, or accessory thereto, have not been completed. Now this
does not speak to the colour or character of the persons on Nderry's database.

The only other crime you accuse Nderry of is his affect on the dissolution
of NADD. I think anything other than disappointment in Nderry will be
stretching it a bit as regards NADD. No one is to blame for the dissolution of NADD
but the parties to the conversation that was NADD. Further, no one is to be
commended for any achievements of NADD but the parties to the NADD
conversation. Besides, Nderry, believing he has as much of an interest in NADD as You,
Tunkara, or myself, reserves a right to affect the quality and character of any
NADD, with or without our demonstration of our own interests and their
scope. I encourage you to indemnify Nderry of any liability or credit for NADD and
its ware. The NADD participants are persons of major age and of sound body
and mind.

I do believe Nderry has committed the crimes of libel and slander against
some persons, including yourself and Abdoukarim among many others. The question
then becomes; How you the aversed hold Nderry liable for crimes on your
persons. But I do not believe he has committed any crime against NADD (an
intractable victim), the persons in his list of "informants" who fell prey to
other's illegal actions, or for the mere proprietorship of a Free On-Line Tabloid.
The outfit risks committing fraudulent agency and benign decrepitude, but
those are the same crimes The Daily Tabloid commits. Now then in the realm of
comparative crimes, I submit that the two tabloid are generically antidotes of
each other.

To Tunkara my friend;

In a message dated 11/11/2007 7:54:57 A.M. Mountain Standard Time,
[log in to unmask] writes:

“Mr. Dabo has got it all wrong here dubbing me as a discriminatory freedom
of speech supporter”. Tunkara

Ok Mr Tunkara let’s see where did I get it all wrong.

“Yes I read the freedom and no I am not trying to stop you from making your
views known to others”.

If “all” being the operative word here; it does seems to me that you have
erred in your conclusions that I have got it all wrong. At least I was right
in stating that you read freedom newspaper, with reference to my statement
that Pa Nderry is feeding your head with junk, so you are been fed with junk!
Tunkara I’m disappointed!

“The only problem I am having with you is what you have said in your own
postings and I quote; "This Kafirr Pa Nderry needed to be stopped! In simple we
need another online newspaper that's sole purpose will be to bring freedom
down!"” Tunkara.

Mr I will repeat for you every thing that was written in that passage, which
it seems to me that you have problem with no as a passage, except that one
sentence from it. This begs me to question, do you then agree with what the
rest of the passage was stating? Since you only had a problem with just one
sentence of it. Have another read at the passage again:

“In his naivety he tried to disguise himself as the gladiator of the Gambian
struggle against dictator Jammeh! For the sake defeating the greater evil,
we let his evil lethal paper grow in strength with the hope that it can help
us defeat our worst nemesis, Yahya Jammeh. But what have we done, the freedom
newspaper that was suppose to fight for our freedom is now our freedom
destroyer. This Kafirr Pa Nderry needed to be stopped! In simple we need another
online newspaper that's sole purpose will be to bring freedom down! Pa Nderry
just like Jammeh is on a collision path with us, we are decent people abused
by Jammeh, so we should not let that son of a Niamina Sambang "Batotala" abuse
the characters of the remaining decent people in our communities”. Yanks

Mr Tunkara assuming that you have agreed to everything that was stated in
this passage, don’t you or shouldn’t you conclude that this other evil is
making our struggle against the greater evil worst than we thought he would have
done; by succeeding to defeat the greater evil. In fact Tunkara, how can you
differ with my conclusion that this Kafirr needs to be stopped; after you
concur with my preceding sentence that: “the freedom newspaper that was supposed
to fight our freedom is now our freedom destroyer”. What else do you expect
me to conclude? That he should be encouraged or allowed to continue to be our
freedom destroyer? Now you can see how irrational you sounded to me here.

Tunkara; even if you do not agree with the whole of my passage here, how do
you expect a person with the strong believe that “freedom newspaper that was
supposed to fight our freedom is now our freedom destroyer” to conclude in
his next sentence. Is it by saying it needs to be stopped or it needs to be
encouraged to continue. In law they call this objectivity; which proves that,
from the way you concluded in your appraisals of my passage and my belief, you
are not objective at all. If not how can you expect a person with such belief
to conclude that freedom newspaper is good and should be encouraged to
continue. Tunkara next time think before you get your head mixed up!

“If your sole purpose is to stop the Freedom News from reaching others, I do
not know what makes you different from Jammeh, whom you have been going
after for his actions”. Tunkara

Tunkara Jammeh is the greater evil that we think by letting the evil of Pa
Nderry’s grow in strength will one day defeat that greater evil of Jammeh; but
you know what we are just unlucky the two evils are united in destroying our
freedom. Jammeh is locking our people up and killing them, Pa Nderry is
either exposing them to that evil of Jammeh or character assassinating them.
Remember what I quoted for you in that email “a man’s character is his fate”.
And Tunkara no worries I’m still in the struggle against Jammeh I’m not Wa
Juwara.

“Perhaps you have scores to settle with Pa and can't wait to bring it on
here, but whatever you do buddy, this is not the way to handle it”. Tunkara

Here you sounded like a utilitarian, which I tend to be sometime; but Mr
please tell me the way to handle it?

“You two have a common opposition in Jammeh and it would not be a waste of
time to be going after one another as you seem to be hell-bent on”.

Yes one shared common opposition is Jammeh, but if you don’t know is worth
reminding you that Pa Nderry is an opposition to us as well. Remember Pa
Nderry divided NADD coalition. Tunkara you don’t sound like you have the locus
standi to bring a case in this debate. For you sound too ignorant about the
actions of Pa Nderry.

“Make better use of the resources that are to be vested in your "Anti Pa
Nderry Freedom" to something worthy for the sake of Gambia if you do not want to
see Jammeh definitely winning and you my friend, a big time loser”. Tunkara

Tunkara; Ernest Hemingway 1899-1961 stated in his book the “old man and the
sea”, that: “a man is not made for defeat. A man can be destroyed but not
defeated. Richard Nixon, 1913-1994, added “defeat does not finish a man – quit
does. A man is not finished when he is defeated. He is defeated when he quit”
. So Tunkara you are wrong, I can’t be defeated, because I am a man and
since a man can’t be defeated I cannot be a looser. Then you will see the values
of my resources in that course would not be wasted since I will not be
defeated.

“My advise to you brother and with that I say no more”. Tunkara

Mr Tunkara thanks for the advice but not taken!

Nemesis Yanks!
