The IEC has already announced that the preliminary voter registration list
for the Banjul area is ready and is currently being published in all
registration centres in the city of Banjul for public scrutiny. Meanwhile
they are working on others from other parts of the country. People are
invited to scrutinize the list and to obtain forms for appeal, objections
and notice of objection to appeals which they are to fill and submit these
to the Banjul IEC\area office nor later than 20th August 2001.

The revising courts will begin hearing complaints from the 16th August 2001.
