Sister Jabou,
Thank you very much, for the comments you made about my idea.I am really ashame
about the whole issue because I never heard about this $3 million dollar
issue.Ebou
is my good brother.I hope he understands that I don`t mean to hurt him.I joined
this L very late and don`t know anything about this $3 million dollar Issue.I
just realized that something was going on whenever Ebou`s postings comes, this is
why Iwanted to clear the air.I think, all Gambians should join hands from all
angles,to stop all
these nonsenses going on,in the Gambia.I was calling for the compromise in good
faith and had I known about this $3 million issue,I would have taken this
opportunity to ask Ebou in a respectful way to discuss the issue with you in a
polite manner.I know, maybe some of you don`t know me but those of you who know
me,can
tell you that I am a peaceful and jovial man.Usually, people around me are always
having fun.I believe in dealing with people respectfully and I respect everybody.

If Ebou believes that he can only answer this issue in court,I think,we should
respect
that but I would have prefered him clear the dust here before the court case. You,
the Lawyers in this forum know Law better than me,but in the O.J Simpson`s case,
Mark Furman applied the 5th Amendment and was not forced to talk.Don`t you
think that we should also respect Ebou`s Amendment until It is time for the case?

It will not help in using all kinds of languages to force Ebou to talk.He can
only take
his own initiative to tell us the story about the $3 million dollars, otherwise we
will
keep speculating on the issue.
I am sincerely apologising,If I did hurt someone in this issue.
                                                        Thanks
                                                        Elhajj Mustapha Fye
