Saul, to help redirect our focus, I have taken the liberty of changing the
'subject' line in your posting.
I will ignore the remarks referring to me in your piece directed to Seedy
and respond to more important issues, for like the story of the man, his son
and the donkey in Youssou Ndour's song moralizes; in this world, whatever
you do thinking it is the right thing someone criticizes you, so it is
better to follow your own spirit.

It would certainly help if you could point out the places you got lost, so
we can all scrutinize it.

Rather than overwhelm the list by posting every single doc. worked on, I
began with the 'synthesis' as this was the basis for the rest of the work. I
shall be posting the 'Structure' doc. worked on by Lamin Jeng and others,
and the 'constitution' etc... soon. Finance was not adequately discussed in
the 'synthesis' doc. because it just was not elaborted on during the
deliberations.

The issues you raise are all relevant and and have been elaborated on. It
will be forwarded to the list.
