In the new rules you sent to the List a short while ago, you stated and I
quote:...."We are also appealing to current members to refrain from
forwarding emails from un-listed members to Gambia-L"......

My question is this: Does this mean that I cannot NOW forward mails to the
L, on behalf of my sources? I need your clarification.
