GAMBIA-L

   Where is MRDG's statement that was posted at the latest 2:30 am this
morning.  It is now after 1 pm, more than 11 hours.  This is incredible
if it takes this much time for a posting to be displayed on the
Gambia-L.  You are defeating your own purpose and will eventually lose
worthwhile contributors to the L.

    I have confirmation of my posting in my sent file, so this is not
an issue of mis-posting.  Please remedy the situation ASAP.  Time is of
the essence.  We do have the time for political/scrutiny games.
