 Dear brothers and sisters the Islamic American University needs your help
 in publicizing and recommending candidates for the following positions:

 1) Office Manager/Administrator
    ----------------------------
 Duties: To be in charge of all administrative tasks in IAU

 Qualifications: BS/MS in administration, management, marketing or related
        field.

 Experience: At least 2-3 years actively involved in a management position
        preferably in an educational setting. Experience in Islamic
        work is a plus.

        Positive attitude, outstanding interpersonal and communication
        skills, goal oriented, organized and fluently speaks Arabic
        and English.

 2) Director for Development and Fundraising
    ----------------------------------------
    The Islamic American University seeks an established development
 and fundraising professional to fill the new University position of
 Director of Development and Fundraising.  The Director will serve as the
 leader of the University's program to secure major gifts from private
 foundations, corporate foundations and individuals.

 Duties: Plans, develops, and administers the college deveolpment and
    fundraising activities, private grants, scholarships and
    endowments.

 Qualifications: A bachelor's degree; at least 5 years' related development
        experience; outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
        a collaborative team-oriented style essential in a complex
        fundraising environment.
 Desired qualifications include: An advanced degree and direct cultivation
        and solicitation experience in an Islamic environment.

 3) Director for Student Affairs and Enrollment
    -------------------------------------------
    The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a
 strategic recruitment and admissions plan to meet the first year, transfer
 and graduate student goals of the University. The Director will provide
 leadership and direction in identifying market segments, develop marketing
 campaigns, perform research and analysis of enrollment data, and implement
 innovative recruitment strategies. The Director will also oversee the
 registration process, and work closely and collaboratively with other
 departments in the recruitment of students.
