I am not a UDP member but I cannot see why Ousainou should resign because of these allegations. I think if any of them are true, the party did it because they wanted him to contest and win. Sure he has lost but that is what politics is all about.
I have no doubt that had he won all these allegations would not have been heard.
On Mr. Juwara, he cannot be trusted. I think this is the beginning of his ending. Juwara has again shown how slick and sacrificial he could go. This is the same guy who when he wanted a position, said everything against his "uncle" and cried on campaign platforms to express his disgust for the PPP and former President Jawara.
This is slick to the most extend. None the less, I think this is it for him. Juwara can never lead a party for all those who know him very well will tell you that he does not handle is compound very well.
