Joe,
You are not receiving all mails sent to Gambia-L so you have to check the
archives sometimes. The list managers receive error messages from hotmail
addresses including yours whenever your mailbox reaches the maximum limit
allowed. We receive these errors every time someone sends mail to the L
from addresses that have delivery errors.

An addresses are automatically deleted whenever the errors continue for
five consecutive days or after 100 errors.
