To confirm  what Jabou  said , I can concur with the fact that this is just another
chain letter which is considered Bidaah by all the Islamic schools of thought.
I have received it many times also plus other that claim to come from Spain ((from
someone who  saw the Virgin Mary ,mother of Jesus ))and another from Rome.
At many  government offices here in Washington it is such a common practice we joke
that it was created by the Xerox corporation so that their machines and paper will
sell. because we all do not want to take chances by not making twenty copies free at
the office and using the office postage meter for free also.
At first, I fell for it  actually & did send out as a joke .I am still the same
anyway.
