Bill and Melinda Gates $1B (yep, 1 billion dollars!) scholarship fund that they have set up for minorities. The deadline is MARCH 15, and apparently not many students have enrolled. The requirements include, minimum of 3.3 GPA, leadership in community activities, and low income. One has to be nominated for these scholarships. The beauty of it though is that they pay for your education all the way to PhD level! There is no limit! You can go to whatever school! Please inform anyone you know that might qualify.
