Fellow Gambians and friends of the Gambia, following the successful
overthrow of the religious government in the Sambia, ministers in the former
government are hereby warned to report to the nearest police station for the
sake of their personal security. Ministers who have escaped and are now
residing in Hull, United Kingdom, Taiwan, Denmark and Canada are Dasil
Dones, Dodou Nbaye Dabang, Tamba Dodard and Dr. Taidy. They are warned and
asked to desist from making any further derogatory remarks that may instil
rebeliousness in people's minds.They must also stop sending in religious
messages through cyber space. The gallant intelligence apparatus in this
country will intercept all such mails and destroy them. The public is also
hereby informed that there is a change in the name of our country from
Gambia-L to Kerr Katim Touray ; this takes effect immediately. Following the
Supreme Dictatorial Council's deliberations last night, they wish to inform
President of Sambia, HE Saya Dammeh that an envoy will soon be despatched to
discuss the human rights violations as well as the lack of freedom of
expression in in that country and to see what modalities can be put in place
to redress the deteriorating situation in that country. The Chairman of the
Supreme Dictatorial Council, HE The Right Honourable and the indifatigable
and President for Life Alhagie Dr. Kasim Suray, RTG, HGM, DDD,President with
a difference, will head the delegation. Meanwhile HE has also despatched a
special envoy to the UN Security Council to call for the expulsion of the
Sambia from the world body in view of the lack of freedom of expression and
the supression of the rights of journalists in that country.

The Supreme Dictatorial Council would also like to announce more decrees as
follows:

Decree number 6:

All political parties with religious connections in the Middle
East,particularly Turkey are are banned from taking part in any political
activities in the Sambia.

Decree number 7:

All muslim schools in the Sambia are to be closed immediately

Decree number 8:

All Imams are to be banned from leading prayers in this country.
