Is your brother with any registerd team as a player?
Did your brother made it to The national team ?
Did he already have professional experience?
How many wonders can you display to his credit for money's worth?

Search on www.google.com  There are scouts and agents there and give the scouts a measure or reference base on the questions I put down.

I have checked the resource page and there are lots of them.You can try www.SoccersoutsUK.com. and take it from there. There are many many of them and your brother has to supply you with all the relevant information that will meet the requirements.
