Hamjatta, no one can put it any better. So as not to repeat an earlier
gaffe, let me state at the onset that I endeavor here to respond to your
postings over the weekend and some of the reactions to those postings. I
will also try to respond to other postings that referred to me and my views
I express on G_L.

Let me take this opportunity to reassure everyone that I take them seriously
and I read their postings and would reply to them directly if not for time
constraints. Hamjatta, let me also state for the record that unlike a lot of
people on the other side, we believe in what we are doing. We believe that
what we are doing is the right thing. No one can derail me or 'shadow' me to
prevent me from saying what I feel is the right thing for me to say. The
foolish have tried and failed miserably; and I can assure you that they will
continue to fail. What some of these clowns do not realize is that, our
fight against tyranny in our country did not start yesterday. That fight is
also not restricted to G_L. Coming to G_L and peddling garbage in the hope
that one can impede the fight against tyranny we are engaged in, is the most
foolish thing one can do.

I just saw Paul Gomez's piece and as you would say, I did not know whether
to cry or to laugh. Where is this vermin from? He accused us of being
dictatorial and say that we imagine the horror stories we tell here. This is
why I asked what planet this man has been living on. He calls himself a
patriotic Gambian who is offended that Jassey-Conteh revealed that Tombong's
mother's tribe and place of abode, but he admonishes us for saying that Yaya
ordered the slaughter of our children or the kidnapping of people like Dumo
or the torching of Radio One FM. Something is terribly wrong with these
people.

As far as Kebba Jobe is concerned, I think you adequately took care of him
for now. If the man had blood running in his veins, he would be ashamed to
even look himself in the mirror, let alone resurface to peddle his garbage.
I realized that you put him on the spot but like all slimy characters, he
evades your pointed questions. Up to this day, he cannot tell us why he
thinks a child murderer is fit to lead us or deserves his support. I
realized that in one of his postings he took offense when I described him as
a prostitute. I knew that was coming; which is why I went through the
trouble of giving him the dictionary meaning of a prostitute in the posting
he was annoyed by. I still stand by my characterization because the vermin
cannot convince me that he is not 'selling his abilities to an undeserving
cause'. He admits that it was despicable and callous of Yaya to order the
massacre of our children. Yet he shamelessly comes here to tout APRC token
projects in order to perpetuate Yaya. Does this man think that we buy the
garbage he peddles when he says that he is neutral and is just stating the
other side? We ask him why he thinks it is necessary to state the other
side? He still did not respond when he was asked whether he will be tolerant
of this lawlessness had his children been massacred on April 10 and 11,
2000. The vermin is in denial. It does not make sense to call someone a
child murderer and then turn around and give him the highest honor in the
country; i.e. privilege to lead our people. This double talk will not be
tolerated. It will be vigorously challenged each time it surfaces. Jobe is
better off sticking to his people (the APRC). I will be magnanimous with him
and inform him that his attempt to sit on the fence has failed miserably.
When it is all said and done, and Yaya is gotten rid of, he will not be
spared. It is not his person that sucks. It is his attitude and his belief
system.

Turning to the by-elections. Even though Jobe did not respond to my posting
apart from those silly quotations he was giving, I noticed that he is still
attempting to recycle his garbage hiding behind other postings. Anyway, I
will again reassure Jobe that I take him very seriously. I will pursue him
all over the place and debunk his gibberish. What Jobe cannot run away from,
is that he is trying to counter facts with speculation. He, Baba Jobe and
other APRC stalwarts stupidly admitted that APRC bought votes in order to
disenfranchise UDP supporters. We cannot 'unring' that bell. There is also
another fact. 1000 is more than 800. These facts cannot be countered by
speculation that the people that did not vote died or migrated to other
constituencies.

Jobe is confusing two things here. From the beginning, we were focusing on
the people that did not vote for UDP because they were disenfranchised by
the vote-buying. We pointed out to him that the disenfranchised voters could
have overturned the elections. This is premised on the fact that 1000 is
more than 800 and that APRC will not buy the votes of their supporters in
order to prevent them from supporting APRC. When Jobe lost that argument, he
then wanted to focus the issue on the voters that did not vote for UDP
because they voted for APRC. You see how we are dealing with totally
different issues here? I was not going to articulate his point for him until
he conceded that votes were bought and the votes that were bought could have
overturned the elections.

Well, if Jobe now wants us to concentrate on the people that did not vote
for UDP because they voted for APRC (as opposed for being disenfranchised),
fine with me too. We can also look into why those people did not vote for
UDP. But Jobe has to show that he understands what we are dealing with here.
Since he is such an expert at analyzing elections results, he should have no
problems deciphering the dichotomy as illustrated above.

Turning to the people that were misguided enough to vote for APRC, Jobe and
his cohorts will come to the Opposition pretending that they mean well when
they tell the Opposition to change their message in order to win back APRC
supporters. This condescension is most insulting coming from people that
cannot even articulate the issues APRC won on. But the goal of Jobe in this
game, is not to tell UDP what will help UDP get rid of Jobe's benefactor.
The goal here is to derail the Opposition. But this ploy is so childish that
it does not even require our attention. I mean, if people cannot see where
this man is coming from, I pity those people. Jobe comes here acting
innocent and professing ignorance about where UDP went wrong and why people
in Kiang were misguided enough to vote for APRC. Well, let me spare us the
drama. People vote APRC because of the same gullibility Jobe evinces here.
Jobe together with those people suffer from acute low expectation syndrome
(ALES).

But Jobe's disease is in a worst and terminal stage. You see, he does not
know how lethal this disease is and he is also unaware of the extent of his
infliction. Jobe believes that it is the people of Kiang that need education
so as not to support a child murderer. Jobe educates those people by telling
them all the 'good' things Yaya does and ignoring the bad things like the
murder of our children. Does this man look like someone who is more
intelligent and more patriotic and more law-abiding and more sophisticated
than the people of Kiang? At least the people of Kiang do not know all the
facts (the murders, the rapes, the arsons, the emptying of government
coffers, Yaya's ineptitude etc.), and still go around and try to convince
people to perpetuate Yaya. The Jobes of this world, are the worst breed of
Gambians. Because of cowardice (which he shamelessly admitted) he is willing
to mortgage his soul to the Devil and perpetuate a tyrant that will not
hesitate to massacre children as young as three. Why can't Jobe raise his
expectations (cure his ALES) and help the people of Kiang raise their
expectations by telling those people that it is NOT all right for a child
murderer and a thief to be our president? Instead of touting Yaya's
'development projects' in order to help Yaya win votes, why can't Jobe point
out to the people of Kiang that there are other Gambians better qualified
than Yaya to lead the country?

Hamjatta, thanks again for your contributions. Gambia should be proud of
citizens like you. You are NOT prostituting your talents. It is a compliment
that the only thing these vermin have against you, is to complain about your
command of the English language. Do not pay them any attention. Finally, I
would counsel you not to hold your breathe while you wait for answers from
Jobe et al. The vermin are in denial. The man will NEVER muster the courage
to stand up for our children. I mean, this is a man that is scared of a
future (imagined) enemy. Do you expect the vermin to stand up to a confessed
murderer like Yaya who would stand on national TV and threaten to bury his
enemies six feet deep?
