Saiks,

I red your tribute to Uncle Dixon early this morning. It's very fitting.
Indeed he was in a class by himself. We should never forget that he could
have easily been Dixon Colley -Director/Man Director or even cabinet
Minister. He had more education, and he was certainly sharper than most
Gambians who attained those positions. But the caveat was that he had to
join the sycophancy show. This he shunned. The little money he gets from
selling his paper (which wasn't even enough for him to expand the paper,)
was more valuable to him than all the trappings that come with being a big
shot in govt. Simply, the man had integrity! It's our misfortune as a nation
that we don't have many such people. Thanks for your insight.
Good morning.
Saul.
